Not at all. This is designed for photographers who already shoot portraits, weddings, families, or seniors and want to add real estate. You have the technical foundation — we're building the specific workflow and confidence to walk into any home and deliver professional results.
Four things: a camera that shoots manual (any brand), a wide-angle lens, an off-camera flash with wireless trigger, and a tripod. Tripods are available on site. Not sure if your kit qualifies? Note it in your application and Sarah will let you know.
Both. Photographers learn how to deliver what agents need. Agents learn what goes into professional photography and why it matters for their listings. The live shoot and business conversation are built for everyone in the room.
Cancellations more than 60 days out receive a full refund. Within 60 days, your spot is non-refundable but transferable. If Sarah cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund.
You'll book your own hotel in Madison. We have a designated hotel for retreat attendees — details shared once your application is accepted.
You book your own airfare. Arrive by 4pm Sunday, September 13th to join the welcome dinner. If that's not possible, be in Madison before 9am Monday. Fly home anytime Tuesday.
